On July 24, a group of lively and lovely "little tourists", accompanied by their parents, walked into Hunan Greensee Doors, Windows and Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. and started a journey of exploration into the mysteries of "smart" manufacturing of doors and windows.

Greensee Digital Exhibition Hall

"Starting from a manual cutting machine, to becoming a national green factory; from a manual workshop to a modern intelligent manufacturing base that actually produces more than 1 million square meters of door and window products annually." Here, the children followed the development history of Greensee and experienced the evolution of the door and window industry from "factoryization" to "lean" and then to "intelligentization".

Greensee Product Experience Hall

"How can the oversized glass windows be both transparent and beautiful? Why can't we hear the annoying square dance music when the windows are closed? Wow! Smart-opening doors and windows are so convenient!" The novel door and window products in the Greensee Product Experience Hall caused the children to exclaim in amazement, and they rushed to experience these magical and smart door and window products.

PART 03

Greensee Digital Factory

What attracted the children's attention most was the Greensee Digital Factory. Everyone was curious about the door and window manufacturing process. While walking on the viewing channel of the workshop production line, everyone looked at the production equipment and facilities in the workshop, carefully observed how the robotic arms cut and punched the door and window profiles, and paid close attention to every detail on the production line.

Door and window knowledge classroom

In the small classroom of door and window knowledge, the professional and enthusiastic classroom lecturer explained to the children the "evolution history" of doors and windows, as well as "How do doors and windows prevent theft? How much electricity can energy-saving doors and windows save?" In the last part of the activity, the little designer session, the children used their wild imagination to draw the windows of their dreams, and Greensee Doors and Windows also issued a "Community Practice Certificate" to each child who completed the work.
